Giveaway Terms & Conditions
If you participate in our Beauties' Secret Giveaways you fully accept these general terms and conditions of Beauties’ Secret (“GT&C”) and you acknowledge that you fulfil all eligibility requirements.
DATE OF GIVEAWAYS
The Giveaways shall start and close on the date specified on the Beauties’ Secret Facebook / Instagram posts. Entries after the closing date will not be allowed.
HOW TO ENTER
The Giveaways post on Facebook / Instagram will explain the entry procedure. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the Giveaways. Only one entry will be accepted per person, multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the Facebook / Instagram post. By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.
THE WINNER
The winner will be chosen at random from all correct entries. The winner will be notified by DM on Facebook / Instagram via our official Beauties’ Secret account within five business days after the closing date of the Giveaway. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 48 hours, Beauties’ Secret reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. Beauties’ Secret’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Giveaway will be final and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
PRIZE
The promotional prize shall be a Beauties’ Secret product as indicated on the Beauties’ Secret Facebook / Instagram post. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
SHIPMENT
Unfortunately, we do not ship the Giveaway Prices. Please collect it in our shops.
PERSONAL DATA
Each winner agrees that, by participating in a Giveaway, Beauties’ Secret may use the winner’s name in any manner and in any medium for its promotional purposes without additional approval or compensation being required, including posting in a winner’s list, Facebook / Instagram post and/or Facebook / Instagram stories.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By entering the Beauties’ Secret each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Beauties’ Secret, its legal representatives, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the Giveaway or the acceptance of the prize.
GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
Beauties’ Secret reserves its right to cancel the Giveaways at any times or change the provisions of the General Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and such change shall have an immediate effect upon the publication thereof.
