Return Policy

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of this Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and any disputes relating to this Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.


RIGHTS OF EXCHANGES Products may be exchanged (subject to stock availability) within 7 working days from the date of receipt of the Product provided that:

- Products are in original packaging, intact and unopened.
- The original receipt is presented with the credit card used for online payment.

Keep the goods intact when you exchange them

All goods sold on this website will be exchanged according to the shipping method at the time of purchase. If the product value over $800, the company will be responsible for the freight. However, if the product value under $800 and overseas customers must pay the freight for the replacement.

Non-returnable products

Exchange and return arrangements will not be accepted in the following cases:

· The product receiving period has exceeded seven days

· Spoiled product, but used more than one tenth of its original capacity

· The product is not kept intact, damaged, damaged or incomplete

· Any discount, clearance or sale products that show no returns

· Any freebies, accessories and trial pack gifts

pt2: The Company guarantees that all products are genuine. If the customer finds that the product may be deteriorated and requests a return or refund, we will return the product to the relevant manufacturer or agent for inspection and verification, and the general processing time is one month. If it is identified that the product has deteriorated, the company is willing to accept returns or refunds.

Customers can only return and exchange once under the same receipt. Unless the product is identified as deteriorated and is not refunded by credit card or Union Pay card, the refund will be accepted. In other cases, it can only be exchanged instead of refund.

If it is found that the returned product does not comply with the company's return terms, it will not be processed. We apologize for the inconvenience. For all matters related to return and exchange processing, the company will reserve the final decision



Where the quality of the gifts and trials provided by the company does not assume any responsibility and does not provide replacement services.

In addition, the company will not assume any responsibility for any problems caused by the incorrect or improper use of the product.

The company reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel all offers or amend its terms and conditions without prior notice.
